BoothMinty is designed to help craft-fair and vendor-event sellers plan events without requiring an account. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use BoothMinty.com and how it is used.
Information you choose to provide
If you request an emailed Event Kit, you provide an email address. We use that address to send the Event Kit you requested. If you separately check the optional marketing box, your email address may also be added to BoothMinty’s vendor-tips mailing list.
Marketing consent is optional. Requesting an Event Kit does not require you to subscribe to marketing emails.
Calculator and browser data
BoothMinty may store some calculator results and checklist selections in your browser using local storage. This helps the site remember your recent planning information on that device. This information stays in your browser unless you choose to submit information through the Event Kit form.
Analytics
BoothMinty uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general website usage and performance, such as page views, visits, device or browser information, approximate geographic region, referrers, and site-performance measurements. BoothMinty does not use this analytics setup to create user accounts.
Email services
BoothMinty uses Resend to deliver Event Kit emails and manage optional marketing contacts. Email addresses submitted through the Event Kit form may therefore be processed by Resend for email delivery and, when you opt in, mailing-list management.
Search and site discovery
BoothMinty uses Google Search Console to understand how the site appears in Google Search. Search Console provides aggregated search-performance and indexing information rather than a BoothMinty user account.
How information is used
- To calculate and display event-planning estimates.
- To send an Event Kit when you request one.
- To send vendor tips or BoothMinty updates only when you opt in.
- To maintain, improve, secure, and understand the performance of the website.
Email choices
You can unsubscribe from BoothMinty marketing emails using the unsubscribe option included in those emails. Transactional or requested messages, such as an Event Kit you ask us to send, are separate from optional marketing messages.
Data retention
BoothMinty keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, subject to the settings and retention practices of the service providers used to operate the site.
Children
BoothMinty is intended as a business-planning tool and is not directed to children under 13. BoothMinty does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.
Third-party services
BoothMinty currently relies on service providers including Cloudflare and Resend, and uses Google Search Console for search-performance information. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as BoothMinty adds features or changes service providers. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
